Toast master is the main role of the meeting
The toast master give an introduction which sets the tone for the meeting He explain the structure of a typical meeting He give short introductions for each of the main speakers.

Table topics

Table topic is topics on various subjects that are discussed by a group of people around a table.
the topics to be discussed are written on pieces of paper and play a fun game we throw a ball randamly when the music stop who have the ball and that person pick up one paper each and start talking about the topic written on the paper
